Thank you for visiting Bali Batik at Home

Our vintage Batik and Ikat products are one of a kind pieces, making each individual piece unique.

Please note that the majority of our products are made from vintage batik sarongs. This means that the variation, wear and imperfections in prints, stitching, colour and fabrics are all part of the products authenticity. 

Refunds or exchanges will not be offered in these instances. We endeavour to photograph and describe each item as close to actual as possible. Please ensure you fully read the description and care instructions before purchasing.

Please understand there will be indiscrepencies due to the nature of the fabric and the product being made in Bali from vintage textiles.


We accept payment via Paypal (pls see their T&C’s) , VISA , cash and (direct credit to our bank account by request).


We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 business days.

We use Australia Post, we can not guarantee a delivery time but will forward tracking details to the customer once posted. 

If you require express shipping please contact us prior to purchasing for a quote.

We do not arrange postage insurance unless requested in which event we will arrange a quote prior to payment.


We don't offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, or dislike of colours or design or if an item has been selected incorrectly by the customer.

Our returns policy only applies to products perceived by us to be defective or damaged (beyond what would be reasonable and expected of vintage products). If you think your product has a fault please contact us at balibatikathome@hotmail.com within seven days of product receipt to discuss the return/exchange options.

This may include a product exchange or product refund.

If Refunds are given they are done so at the discretion of Bali Batik at Home and is only to the item/s purchase value. The refund will be minus any fee's that were incurred at the time of sale eg: Paypal fees. 

Shipping is not refunded and all returns/exchanges shipping costs are at the customers expense and will only be done after the goods have been returned undamaged or untampered with.

All Sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty. All sale purchases are final.


We endeavour to wrap and package items with great care therefore if they arrive and the product is damaged due to the packaging being damaged during transit or upon arrival, you will need to take that up with Australia Post. 

Refunds or exchanges will not be given on damaged items due to shipping.
